hypnosis techniques and tipsRecent Grey Chadwick has been doing some studies in the field of hypnosis. Recently Grey concluded that self hypnosis and hypnotizing your self is a very real thing. There are a few techniques out there witches are proving to be in front of the competition.

First Few steps of how to hypnotize your self..

Step 1

Find some where that you feel comfortable, relaxed and where you will not be distracted for the period of time you wish to hypnotize yourself. Preferably some where that there is no risk of falling over for example sitting in a chair, laying in your bed or couch. Try to find your center by taking deep breaths and relaxing your body.

Step 2

Your body has a built in internal clock so try to harness this ability by thinking how long you would like to hypnotize your self for. It may be ten minutes or it maybe forty depending on your mental state. Think about the time you will be under for and focus on your breathing.

Step 3

Once you are feeling calm and relaxed I want you to make a promise to your self about why you want to hypnotize yourself for. Repeat this statement within your head a few times and then relax a little deeper with every breath trying to sink deep and deep through the floor. Release the statement of why you want to be hypnotized and let your subconscious mind take over this factor for you.
